Subscription FAQ

  • After you set up your account you can access your subscription through your account portal to make any changes needed to your subscription. 
  • Cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
  • There is no time commitment with your subscription, if a subscription is no longer needed for you, just cancel.
  • You can choose your subscription frequency from once a week, once every two weeks, once every three weeks, or every month.
  • You can change your subscription cadence anytime through your customer portal.
  • You can change your mailing address at any time through your customer portal.
  • You are able to change your coffees on your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
  • We roast all of our coffees Monday through Friday to ensure the freshest coffee possible for your order.
  • We ship via USPS Monday through Friday.
  • Orders received by 2pm will ship same day.
