I am sounding the alert on the French Sumatra roast! The dark roast style brings out such bold, smoky flavors while still keeping that smooth, earthy richness Sumatra is known for. You can really taste the care in the roasting method—it’s consistent, balanced, and never harsh. It’s strong but not bitter, with a nice hint of chocolate and tobacco that makes every cup feel like a treat. Definitely my go-to when I want something rich and satisfying.
