From the legendary El Vergel Estate in Tolima, Colombia—this natural anaerobic Red & Yellow Caturra is grown in a microlot nestled beside the washing station and guava trees. The result? One of the most intensely fruity profiles the farm has ever produced.

Expect rich chocolatey undertones lit up with wild bursts of guava, plum, tangerine, and juicy red fruit, all grounded by a bright citric acidity. Fermented anaerobically for 48+ hours, sun-dried and machine-finished, then stabilized for 45 days to lock in the magic.

It’s a lush, layered, fruit-forward banger that drinks like a rainforest rave.
