How to Manage Your Subscription

This guide walks you through how to access and manage your Lighthouse Roasters subscription so your coffee shows up exactly when and how you want it.

1. Access Your Account

To make any changes, start by logging in:

  1. Go to lighthouseroasters.com
  2. Click Login in the top right corner
  3. Enter your account credentials

First time logging in?

  • Search your inbox for your Account Invite email
  • Or click Forgot Password to set a new one

Once you’re in, select “Manage Your Subscriptions” from your account dashboard.

2. Manage Your Subscription

After selecting a product, you will have full control over your deliveries.

Change Coffee or Grind

  • Update your grind setting (Whole Bean, Drip, French Press, etc.)
  • Swap your current coffee for a different roast

Tip: If you switch coffees, double check that your grind setting stayed the same.

Skip, Reschedule, or Pause Deliveries

If your coffee supply is ahead or behind, you can adjust easily:

  • Skip an order to bypass an upcoming shipment
  • Reschedule to choose a different delivery date
  • Pause your subscription if you need a break

You can manage this within the product settings or under Future Orders.

Adjust Delivery Settings

To better match your routine, you can update:

  • Delivery frequency
  • Number of bags
  • Bag size

A few small adjustments here help make sure you always have the right amount on hand.

3. Account and Billing Updates

Update Shipping Address

  • Go to your Account settings to update your shipping details

Update Payment Method

  • You will receive a secure email with a link to update your billing information

4. Cancel or Pause a Subscription

To stop a subscription:

  1. Select the product
  2. Click Cancel

Before finalizing, you will have the option to Pause instead, which is helpful if you plan to return later.
