Purchased for a friend who likes French Press. He really enjoyed it. Big bloom during brewing. A pleasant mix of spice, and chocolate with a smooth mouthfeel.

This is the PERFECT brew to span the generations… for years in Seattle ( around Holiday visitor times) I would hear visiting matriarchs and patriarchs complain about “ that darn coffee you can stand your spoon in” and their 40 year old kids saying “ oh you guys are wusses, just as some hot water.” Now, I’m the 70 year old matriarch and my 40 year old kids are saying “Mom, your coffee is too strong, it always tastes bitter”
Solution: medium dark roast!!! Thank you Lighthouse for guiding our family boat through holiday storms❤️
